Holy Spirit Baptism

Every true Christian is born of the Spirit. As such they have experienced the work of the Holy Spirit in a number of important ways. These ways include but are not limited to: conviction, regeneration and the witness of the Spirit that they are children of God. However, another dimension of the Holy Spirit manifests itself in the believer who is born of the Spirit through a subsequent experience called the baptism of the Holy Spirit

God's has called us to be witnesses and has provided this infilling to equip and empower us (Acts 1:8; Acts 2:38, 39). When a believer is open to all that is available to him, God meets the hungry heart and satisfies them when they ask for the Holy Spirit (Luke 11:13).

Some say that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is no longer for today. Others take another approach and say that every born again Christian was filled with the Spirit at their conversion. Both these teachings are limited and don't take into consideration the whole counsel of Scripture. If you would like an indepth study on the topic or if you have a hunger to go deeper in God, then visit the resource center and download a PDF study on the Baptism of the Holy Spirit

May God satisfy your desire with all that He has for you!
